Using UPD.co.il constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using the service.

Permitted Use

The service is intended for uploading lawful images for personal sharing. The following is strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic, violent, or offensive content
• Images of people without their consent
• Content that infringes copyright
• Any content whose distribution is prohibited by law

Automatic Deletion

Images are permanently deleted at the end of the selected expiry period. We do not guarantee image availability until expiry.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." Use of the service is at the user's sole risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. The user bears full and exclusive responsibility for all content uploaded and all use made of the service.

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content without prior notice.

Changes

These terms may change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
